ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT:
The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 - Regulation on Implementation Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.2 - BUYER INFORMATION:

ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACT SUBJECT PRODUCT INFORMATION:
It consists of the type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method, and information at the time the order is finalized.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS:
4.1 - The BUYER declares that he has read all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product or products that are the subject of the contract specified in Article 3, and that he has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
4.2 - The product or products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days, provided that the BUYER is notified beforehand.
4.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, northcyprusflower.com cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
4.4 – northcyprusflower.com is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product, intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5 - For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to northcyprusflower.com and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, kibrisciceksepetim.com is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- After the delivery of the product, if the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the product price to kibrisciceksepetim.com due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, which is not due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER has delivered it to him. Provided that the product must be sent to kibriscicekgetir.com within 3 days. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
4.7- northcyprusflower.com is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation if it cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing transportation, interruption of transportation. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with its precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him in full within 10 days.
4.8- Defective or damaged products of the products sold with a warranty certificate or not, can be sent to northcyprusflower.com for the necessary repair within the warranty conditions, in which case the delivery expenses will be covered by northcyprusflower.com
4.9- This contract becomes valid after it is signed by the BUYER and sent to northcyprusflower.com by fax or mail.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify northcyprusflower.com by fax, email or telephone within this period and that the product has not been used in accordance with the provisions of the relevant article. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a copy of the delivery report stating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to northcyprusflower.com. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The delivery cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is borne by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
If the order is canceled after it is prepared, the processing fee will be deducted.
If the order for which the delivery date is not guaranteed is requested to be canceled due to non-delivery, the processing fee will be charged.
The transaction fee for cancellation is 20 TL.
If the order was paid by credit card, the transaction fee must be paid separately for the cancellation.
No processing fee is charged for order cancellations before the product is prepared or due to the company.
