Delivery Information

Our company is at your service 7 days a week.

 

Your domestic orders are prepared and delivered under the quality and assurance of INTERFLORA, of which we are a member.

 Domestic Flower Order

Our working hours are between 08:00 in the morning and 21:00 in the evening.

Order delivery is made between 09:00 in the morning and 21:00 in the evening.

Orders to be delivered outside these hours must be notified at least 12 hours in advance.

Orders placed with the exact delivery time must be placed at least 2 hours in advance.

Hotel, bus station, fair, hospital, military unit, etc. In places such as, delivery to the person cannot be guaranteed, it is delivered to the reception, stand, unit, floor or security guards.

Weather and road conditions may cause delays.

In some products, we reserve the right to use similar flowers and colors according to the season.

The phone number of the person to be delivered must be in the delivery information.

Delivery changes and order cancellations in your orders must be notified at least 3 hours before the delivery time.

Place your order as early as possible on special days such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.

On special occasions such as New Year's Day, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, it is impossible for all deliveries to be made at the same time, so although we try to comply with delivery times as much as possible, there are some delays, we apologize in advance for this situation, thank you for your understanding.

VAT on our prices not included. The price including VAT will be charged to your credit card at the time of order.

In Air - EFT transactions, you have to pay the fee including VAT.

The time the order will reach the buyer:

Last ordering time for same day deliveries is 20:00. Depending on the distance your order will travel, it will arrive in 30 minutes to 2 hours.

 If the recipient cannot be found at the address:

1 - Sometimes, when the recipient cannot be found at the address, the flower orders are left to the next-door neighbors or the doorman in the residences, and to the colleagues or security guards at the workplaces.

2 - Due to the specific rules of some institutions (hospitals, workplaces and military zones), flower delivery cannot be made to the person in the room/floor. When necessary, your order can be delivered to the people in charge here.

 Extra Shipping fee:

There is no additional charge for the delivery of your orders. (Except for orders outside the extra order hours you request and remote areas)

 Warranty of the products:

All products are daily auction flowers and are under our company's freshness guarantee. Due to seasonal reasons and stock numbers of some of the products, our company and our contracted florists reserve the right to use different products/colors of similar but same quality and value.

Changing the address or delivery time:

If your orders are not prepared and have not departed, you can change the address or delivery date.

Cancellation of order:

Since the flower is a living product, it is not possible to return it. If your order is not prepared or not on the way, it can be canceled, only if the delivery does not arrive on time for a reason caused by our company, it is possible to cancel the order.

Our Legal Right / Your Rights:

In case of conflict with the customer when ordering flowers from this site;

Our company; The flower orderer is responsible for the maximum amount of the product ordered at that moment.

TRNC courts and enforcement offices are authorized.

In cases where the commitments specified on this site are not fulfilled, the customer / seller has the authority to sue.

When the customer places an order, he/she is deemed to have accepted the terms/rules specified in these articles.
